35' Bruno Stillman 1980 Downeast Cruiser - Cat 320 HP For Sale
1980 Bruno & Stillman 35 Sport Cruiser.
The boat has a solid fiberglass hull to the gunnels; with cored deck and topsides.

cruises at 15mph, and tops out at 19mph at WOT.
The boat is powered by a 320 hp Cat 3208, and Twin Twin Disk 506 w/1.5 to 1 reduction transmission. The engine and transmission were rebuilt by T&S Marine in Chrisfield, MD.
At time of rebuild: new adjustable engine mounts, an extended fiberglass shaft log, upper and lower cutlass bearings, lip seal dripless, and 1-1/2" stainless shaft were installed-all new in 2022. A new external sea-strainer and proper raw-water seacock were installed.
The 3 blade bronze prop was re-pitched to 19x19 and trued.

Statement of condition
The hull and running gear are in very good condition. The boat needs cosmetic attention. The bright work needs refinishing, the canvas is serviceable but old and stained.
The bottom was stripped bare, faired with 3M compound, 3 coat epoxy barrier coated, and 2 coat bottom paint in 2022. When not cruising, the boat is stored on the hard. The bottom is clean.
The boat has an aluminum swim step with boarding ladder.
The boat has stainless lower and fly bridge Bimini frames, but no canvas top covers.
Boat has a stainless steel articulated rudder. The rudder-post shoe and steering-arm have been rebushed, and the rudder-post stuffing has been replaced.

Tankage,
Fuel Tank - 84 gal. Aluminum tank mounted on the centerline above the drive shaft. The tank was fabricated in 2022 by Atlantic of 1/4" aluminum and epoxy coated.
Water Tank - 20 gal. Poly tank located below the galley sink, new in 2022. The fresh water pump, expansion tank, and 120v water heater were installed new at the same time. Pex piping to sinks and head.
Holding Tank - 10 gal. Sealand/Dometic 711-M28 gravity toilet with poly tank. Plumbed with fresh water flush and pump out.

At the time of the engine/transmission rebuild; the old fuel tanks were removed and the engine bay was stripped and cleaned (not a small project)
Electrical:
120 Volt - 8 breaker panel and battery charger
12 Volt - 8 breaker panel, master switch for engine, master switch for house, D4 engine battery, D4 House battery.
Anchor windlass: E-Z 1200 located on deck, with stand alone 12 Volt battery and charger located in bow locker.
New 8 Gage bond wire throughout.

Electronics: 2 Garmin chart plotters, Garmin AIS, Garmin VHF, and Icom hand held radio.
