This is a nicely appointed yacht finished in the Herreshoff Style, well crafted Mahogany woodwork inside and out. Nice roomy main cabin with lots of storage.
Water: 40-58 gals in stainless steel tank

Steering is worm drive and all looks in good condition
Heavy mahogany and brass steering wheel
Hull is solid fiberglass with matt and roven to highest standards.
Hull insulated inside and painted
Hull exterior is in good condition, no evidence of damage from grounding

This boat has been stored with a framework and cover for the past 12+ years
Engine was started easily in 2017 by Belmont Boatyard, Belfast, Maine where the boat had been stored
Masts and boom were stored inside and all are in good condition.
There is also a spare wood main mast and boom.
Sails currently stored inside and all in good condition.
All interior Mahogany trim and teak decks are in good condition
Interior bulkheads and overhead ply are in good condition, need painting.
All doors and drawers are in good condition.
Forward skylight is in good condition, needs varnish
Inspection by tapping and knife tip into suspect wood areas - this was not a survey - findings as described on June 30, 2019 by current owner / broker
Decks covered in fiberglass appear in good condition, need repainting.
Samson Posts in good condition
Bowsprit is most likely Sitka Spruce - some soft wood on aft bottom edge - remove, repair and re-install
Backing plywood plate under deck at junction of cabin trunk forward corners have small areas of soft wood, can be replaced from underneath, see photos
Plywood to hull attachment for port chain plate main mast is soft, needs replacement, starboard side feels solid
Port side cabin trunk had delaminated wood removed between windows as seen in photo - repair as needed
Stbd side cabin trunk has same issues, but smaller areas. Repair as needed
Aft corner of stbd. cabin trunk has soft plywood, cut back and repair
Cockpit plywood areas need plywood replacement - repair as needed
Coamings are African Mahogany and appear in solid condition
Cabin top, rails, toe rails appear in solid condition.
Note that bronze track for the headsail sheets has pulled loose on stbd side
Thru-hulls are all bronze
Opening portlights are stainless with screens
There are no electronics
Good opportunity for hands on buyers, nice boat, well worth the effort to get her back sailing.
