20' Maritime Skiff pilot house, center console - SOLD

This is a rare opportunity for you to acquire a Maritime Skiff with a pilot house. This boat was purchased new by the current owner and has been well cared for. The house has a full canvas enclosure with windows and wraps completely around the leaning post. The house also has a dome light and a radio compartment. The storage compartment under the console is very large and accommodates batteries and fuel tank with lots of room to spare. There is also great storage under the leaning post and in the bow locker. The cushions are in good condition. The engine has between 250 and 300 hours and runs great. The trailer recently under went some minor repairs and is now in tip- top condition. It has a power winch. The boat also has a custom made dive/swim ladder.
