26' Sisu Downeast Lobster Boat, Sportfish, Picnic, - SOLD
You are looking at handsome downeaster which was designed by Royal Lowell of the multigenerational Lowell family of Maine designers. This boat was built was built by Portsmouth Boat Works of Dover, New Hampshire. They were responsible for building almost 300 of this 26' model until the 1990s. They were popular as both work and pleasure boats. This boat features an efficient Four Stroke Suzuki 225 HP outboard engine with only 187 hours. The current owner purchased the motor new and has all the service records. You will find sleeping accommodations for two and a galley with stove, sink, and running water. There is a head with a solid door. The boat needs some sprucing up but still a great boat at a great price.
