This Portsmouth 30, designed by Royal Lowell, is an exceptional Downeast Fly Bridge Cruiser. They have been proven to be an excellent sea boat which offer a dry ride in rough water while providing comfortable cruising accommodations. She has a beautiful custom teak interior, and low hours on her dependable Cummins diesel. The deck house is extended 18" to accomodate a generous galley up. Sailors take note. Accommodations
Starting forward there is a V berth with shelves over and storage under. Aft on the port side is a chest of drawers with a hanging locker opposite. Further aft on the port side is a custom pilot berth with shelf over. Opposite to starboard is the enclosed head with shower, vanity and a vacuum flush head. Up three steps to the deck house salon. Forward and to port is a navigation area. There is a lower steering station to starboard with full instrumentation. There is a bench style helm seat with locker storage under. The side windows and the center windshield open for excellent ventilation. Along the port side is a settee that converts to a double berth. To Starboard is a large galley. Exiting aft through the center mounted, teak sliding door is the large cockpit. There are two opening hatches that give ample access to the stuffing box, steering gear and bilge storage. The ladder to the fly bridge is to port and the bridge has seating for five. There is complete instrumentation on the bridge.

Galley
The Starboard side galley has a LPG stove with oven, a 12v / 120V refrigerator, pressure hot and cold water and abundant drawer and locker storage.
