Restoration inside heated building.
Solid fiberglass hull
Internal ballast encapsulated in keel, fiberglassed in.
Moveable ballast 450 lbs of lead net weights in 15 lb nylon bags secured.
Hull is insulated with 1/2" foam core glued to inside of hull, from rail to bilge, no sweating, some insulation value.
All Decks, cabin tops, sides were covered with fiberglass finish cloth and West System epoxy resin with paint coatings to finish. Sampson posts removed, Foredeck replaced and fiberglassed
Decks are non-skid.
All hardware, hatches, portlights, railings, bowsprit, teak trim bedded and sealed with either 3M 5200 or 4200
All Teak toe and rub rails, coamings, trim, refinished, varnished, then painted with Epiphanes single part epoxy paint.
Companionway Teak and Mahogany foredeck hatch are varnished

Main mast (height 35' from deck step) replaced with modified alum mast from an Ericson 34. Single spreaders, masthead sheaves and hardware in very good condition. Single winch for main halyard. Has Douglass Fir under deck to keel mast support
Mizzen mast (24' from deck step) is the original box laminated mast with single spreaders. Completely refurbished. Mizzen base support is 6"x6" pressure treated framed in under deck support.
