550 Hp John Deere 6090 SFM 85 550hp @ 2500 rpm. 2050 hours, installed new in 2020. Motor was purchased through a local "Nanni Energy" dealer, however it is 100% John Deere with Nanni paint and badges.
Twin Disc 5091 2.45:1. Gear has clutchable pto hydraulic pump which powers 12" hydro slave pot hauler.
2" aquamet 22 "high strength" shaft sourced and machined by RE Thomas in 2020, has strength equivalent to a normal 2.5" Aquamet 22 shaft
RE Thomas dripless bronze stuffing box with intermediate cutlass bearing.
30x32 Nibral wheel.
Boat tops out at 24-25 knots, 80% load is 21 knots, 22 gallons per hour, usually cruise at 2000 rpm, 70% load, 18 knots, 18 gallons per hour
8" wet exhaust. Custom muffler by Sound Down, custom wet exhaust elbow.
Stainless rudder by Nautilus Marine, 1 3/4" rudder shaft, RE Thomas rudder port stuffing box.
