Introduction
The C&C 36 is a responsive, spacious family cruiser/racer which has good looks, strong construction, and fine upwind performance. This example has been very well taken care of by her owner with many upgrades, including New grey/blue awlgrip in 2004
Accommodations
Starting all the way forward, there are two 6' plus berths in the forward cabin. Just aft, to port is a head with shower compartment. A privacy door will close the forward area from main cabin if desired. On port side is a double dinette berth created with a fill in panel. Across dinette on starboard is a single settee berth with a force 10 heater instaled on the forward bulkhead. Aft is a large quarter berth and stand up chart table, opposite the galley. The galley, which is to port of the companionway, is u-shaped and comfortable to work in. There is a large stainless sink with pressure hot and cold water, gimbaled three burner LP stove with oven and ice box.

Brokers Notes
With her eye catching light blue awlgrip and crisp sail inventory she is sure to perform well on Wednesday night. This boat has seen little use in the past couple of years, but has seen regular upgrades from her owners including a bottom striping and barrier coat in 2002. She is ready to sail home, and is recommended by us.
