60' Pilot House Ketch - SOLD

A pilot house ketch, totally rigged for world-class blue-water cruising and the Med. July 07 hauled out and re-fresh for new season. (Zincs,bottom paint, etc., )in the water at the marina where monthly cost is only $100. per month.

Outstandingly built "hell-for-stout" construction. She's been totally neglected for two years, sitting in her slip in Montenegro. Cosmetic exterior work required to bring her back. Interior cleaing necessary. A few repairable deck leacks due to weather exposure must be completed, mattresses for main salon bunk needed. After having said all that, the price is an outstanding value. Recent sea trial proved engine to be in fine working order, as long as the batteries are replaced, and intstrumentation and electronics in good working order. Bilge pump needs to be replaced.
